TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
Full payment must be received prior to attendance at the conference. Delegates with unpaid registrations may be refused entry.
Please quote your invoice number as the payment reference. All payments are payable to Event Dynamics.
All bank charges, foreign exchange fees, and transaction costs are the responsibility of the delegate.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations and reallocate tickets, accommodation, or social function places without notice.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organiser.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

• More than 30 days prior: refund less a 25% administration fee
• Within 30 days: no refund
• Failure to attend (no-show) does not entitle the delegate to a refund.

Optional items including workshops, social functions, additional tickets and accommodation are non-refundable within 30 days of the conference.

Approved refunds will be processed after the conference using the original payment method where possible.

TRANSFERS / SUBSTITUTIONS
Registrations may be transferred to another person from the same organisation please contact the conference organiser with written notice.
The substitute attendee must agree to these Terms and Conditions.

EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATION (FORCE MAJEURE)
The Organiser may alter the programme, speakers, venue, dates, format or delivery method where necessary.
If the conference is postponed, moved online, relocated, or cancelled due to events beyond reasonable control (including natural disasters, travel disruption, government restrictions, public health events, venue closure, or industrial action), the Organiser’s liability is limited to the registration fee paid.
The Organiser is not liable for travel, accommodation or other consequential costs.

DELEGATE CONDUCT
Delegates must behave professionally and comply with venue health and safety requirements.
The Organiser may remove any attendee without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or disruptive.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
The conference may be photographed or recorded.
By attending, delegates consent to use of their image in promotional material, publications, reporting and websites without compensation.
Delegates who do not consent must notify the organiser in writing before the event.
Recording presentations without permission from both the organiser and presenter is prohibited.
